We accept all types of payments and can also process credit cards over the phone if required. Cash payments are also accepted.

Modern waiting area

Wait in the comfort of an air-conditioned room with tea, Nespresso Coffee, chilled water available. There is also a courtesy telephone available to customers for contacting their insurance company or interested parties.

Door-to-door service

We will help get you to and from our premises whenever possible. Live local? We can offer you a lift home! We can also collect you from the Yeerongpilly train station, or provide a complimentary taxi (conditions apply).

After-hours vehicle drop off

Our secure Key DropBox system allows you to deliver your vehicle to us when it suits you. Whether that be before work, late at night or any time over the weekend.

Vehicle security

24-hour video surveillance, security patrols with fully secured or undercover vehicle storage ensures your vehicle is safe at all times.

Replacement vehicles

We can help get you into a replacement vehicle, so you’re not stuck without transportation while your vehicle is being repaired (conditions apply).
